Amber Whitecliffe is proudly an ethically 100% owned and operated New Zealand brand. The label launched online in November 2012 and opened the doors to the first boutique in Parnell, Auckland in March 2014. Since then it has been sold around New Zealand and globally.

Designer Amber Pinto (nee Whitecliffe) is now 38 years old and a mum of Three. Amber has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the fashion industry, graduating with a BFA majoring in Fashion Design from Whitecliffe College of Arts in 2009, and has worked for NZ designer Dame Trelise Cooper, Lucie Boshier & Tara Cunniffe, textile and trimmings specialists Hawes & Freer, and well-renowned jewellery brand Naveya & Sloane.

Amber enjoys the use of colour, feminine details, and tailoring. Every piece is a work of art and has a distinctive ‘Amber Whitecliffe’ point of difference; AW garments have a strong focus on high-quality fabrics, fit and eye-catching designs. Amber Whitecliffe was well-known known for women's ready-to wear collections, and custom order designs for special events, particulary weddings.

Amber Closed her Parnell Store and discountinued Wholesaling in 2019. Currently Amber is has some left over stock selling on this website, her instagram @aw_preloved_ & @amberwhitecliffe and at Regenerate Fashion in Takapuna, Auckland.
